Urbaneeze.com 3-Day Exchange Policy: No Questions Asked
At Urbaneeze, we aim to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience every time. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple exchange policy. Within 3 days of receiving your order, you may exchange any product (excluding sale items) for another.
What can I exchange? Any product, excluding sale items, can be exchanged within 3 days of order
receipt. To initiate an exchange, please call us at +923284569306 from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday), or email us at shopify.atm@gmail.com. You will need to provide photographic evidence of any defective items via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order.
How do I start an exchange? Contact us via phone or email within 3 days and provide photos of the defective item. We ask that returned products be in saleable condition, with tags intact and in their original packaging, unwashed and undamaged.
What condition should the returned item be in? The item should be in its original packaging, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags intact. Our exchange service is available for products in areas where we can arrange a pickup. Please contact us to confirm if exchange services are available in your area.
Is exchange available in my area? Contact our customer care to confirm if exchange services are operational in your location. Exchanged products are dispatched once the returned items pass inspection, typically within 72 hours of receipt. We will notify you in case of any delays via email, SMS, or phone call.
How long does the exchange process take? Generally, it takes up to 72 hours after we receive the returned item. There is no charge for exchanges. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you can pay the difference via Cash on Delivery (COD). COD and cash handling charges are non-refundable.
Will I be charged for the exchange? No, but any price difference for high value items must be paid via COD, and COD changes are non-refundable.
You may exchange for any number of items, provided the total value is equal to or greater than the value of the returned item. If you are still not satisfied, you can exchange the product again according to our exchange policy.
Can I exchange items multiple times? Yes, you can exchange items multiple times as long as they are covered under our exchange policy.
